An adjustable harness that sits around your dog's chest and back, so lead pressure is spread across the body rather than concentrated on the neck. Choosing a size: measure around the widest part of your dog's chest. If they fall between sizes, check the overlap ranges above and adjust for a snug fit you can slide two fingers under.
Fit check: make sure straps don't rub behind the front legs and that the harness can't slip over the head. Introduce it gently with treats before the first walk.
