Paid Surveys NZ: Sites That Accept New Zealanders (Checked September 2026)

How we make money: TopTierFind may earn a commission when you sign up through some links on our site. This page has no affiliate links right now. Everything below comes from each site’s own pages or from New Zealand government sources.
Plenty of survey sites call themselves global but don’t accept New Zealanders, or pay only in gift cards for shops you can’t use here. We checked what each site says on its own pages, so you can skip the ones that won’t work for you.

Popular sites that don’t accept New Zealand
As of September 30, 2026:
- Qmee lists the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France and Germany, but not New Zealand.
- UserTesting recruits testers from the US, UK, Canada and Australia as standard. New Zealand isn’t one of them.
- YouGov has join pages for the US, UK, Canada and Australia. We couldn’t find one for New Zealand.
- Branded Surveys says: “You may only use Branded Surveys from the US, CA, and the UK.”
- InboxDollars is only for people living in the 50 US states.
For all five countries side by side, see our survey sites by country table.
Tips for New Zealanders
- Check the currency. Prolific pays from balances held in pounds and US dollars, so the amount you receive in New Zealand dollars depends on the conversion.
- Check gift cards before you earn them. Pick sites whose gift cards you can spend in New Zealand.
- Keep expectations realistic. None of these sites promises an income. They pay per survey or study, and you won’t qualify for every survey.
Watch out for task scams
NCSC New Zealand reported a 50% increase in scams involving job offers and new business opportunities in the third quarter of 2025. One common version offers easy work “liking posts, writing reviews or comments, or clicking the follow button.” It often starts by paying you a small but real amount, such as $20, then asks you to pay to move up a “level” or “tier.”
New Zealand Police have described task scam losses from $7,000 to $120,000. If an online job asks you to pay before you can earn or withdraw, stop. Report it to NCSC New Zealand or to Police on 105. Our guide to checking a survey site or online job offer lists the warning signs.
How we checked
On September 30, 2026 we read each site’s own help pages, FAQs and New Zealand pages, listed below, and the NCSC and Police warnings. We didn’t sign up or earn money on these sites for this page. Rules change, so check the site before you sign up. If something here is out of date, tell us at jakemitchell@toptierfind.com.
